I feel incredibly lucky to be trusted with such meaningful moments, and I aim to make the booking process as simple and enjoyable as possible from your first enquiry through to your wedding day.

SECURING YOUR DATE

To secure your wedding date, a 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required.

Your booking is confirmed once I have received your booking deposit and completed booking agreement.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date.

Full Booking Terms & Conditions will be provided before your booking is confirmed.

TRAVEL

Travel within a 20-mile radius of DN11 is included.

For venues outside this area, travel is charged at 45p per mile and will be confirmed before your booking is finalised.

For bookings over 125 miles from DN11, overnight accommodation may be required depending on your package, timings and travel requirements. This will always be discussed with you in advance.

WEDDING DETAILS

Around 8 weeks before your wedding, I will send you a Wedding Details Form to complete. This helps me gather everything I need to personalise your experience, including timings, venue details, song requests and any special touches.

Special song requests included within packages:

• The Love Note and The Love Letter Packages: up to 2 special request songs

• The Love, Lexi Louise Package: up to 2 special request songs and up to 3 when upgraded to include your first dance
   

CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING

I completely understand that plans can sometimes change.

If you need to postpone your date, I will always make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, subject to my availability.

Your 25% booking deposit is non-refundable as it secures your date exclusively for you. Full cancellation and postponement details can be found within my Booking Terms & Conditions.
